Well here we are at 19 days in and I must say so far not so well from an exercise perspective. My back is finally starting to feel a little better. It's still sore but I've gotten my mobility back and my workout today was almost pain free (back pain that is) I have been having some trouble with my internet connection from home (Cogeco) for the last 3 days. That coupled with no exercise has not inspired me to do much blogging lately. I'm hoping that today is the start of me getting back to routine. Cogeco is coming by the house between 8 and 5 tomorrow to check the wiring. Ya gotta love the inconvenience to be there customer. Service down for 3 days and on top of it they want to burn you for a whole day. I've decided if I'm there great if not I'll rebook. Eventually we should both be there at the same time. If they give me any guff about it I guess its DSL time. I mean if I want to be treated like dog shit, why not go to

Saturday Jan 17th -13 miles bike
Today - 15 miles bike, 2 miles walking, Weights. (I got to play with my heart monitor thing today, tough to keep it in the "fat burn zone" need practice.)
Diet
I'm going to set a fixed diet today and try to follow it for 2 weeks.
